Valentine's Dinner at the Moon Dog on Saturday, February 12th.

Moon Dog will be transformed into a romantic, intimate setting for you and your beloved with tableclothes, candles and beautiful flowers. Shady Mountain Folk will be singing their lovely melodies during both seatings.

Roasted garnet yam & sweet pepper bisque

Salad

Lush strawberries, VT goat cheese, walnuts over mesclun with balsamic vinaigrette

Entrees (choose one)

• Our own homemade Lump Crab Cakes (gluten- free)
  

• Chicken Parisienne - boneless breast of chicken slow simmered in a rich gravy of red wine & creme fraiche (gluten-free)

• Homemade VT cheese ravioli alfredo on a bed of wilted arugula

~ served with herbed orzo and green vegetables

Chocolate bread pudding with chocolate covered strawberries
